CBP is also a simple and elegant solution to biggest challenges India is facing in terms of improving employability of our students and at the same time creating an ecosystem to encourage entrepreneurs by reducing risk and challenges associated with starting a venture in India.

How it works is that CBP team selects campuses based on the criteria of quality of students (based on test by CBP and company), vision of the management and infrastructure available. Selected college will provide certain dedicated area of the campus to be converted in CBP, where start ups and early stage companies in the field of IT, electronics and design will be hosted. Company hosted in CBP will have atleast 50% of its employees as students of the campus. Since college will provide infrastructure to company certain percentage of revenue is shared with the campus.

CBP links entrepreneurs with different campuses to get them the right talent. We will also help entrepreneurs to understand and navigate complex statutory, legal and tax related issues involved in running a company in India. Entrepreneur can focus on core business issues thus improving success rate and lowering cost of doing business.

We envisage very little incremental investment from colleges and helping them create a creative and learning environment on the campus. Entrepreneurs save on rentals and other fixed costs thus reducing their operational costs by upto 90%*. Students get an opportunity to work in corporate environment and learn from experienced professionals. Students get paid during their study and pass out as experienced and more employable professionals from the college.
